Wee County Gardening
was born in January 2006 and has developed a loyal customer base for
garden maintenance and has also tackled countless one-off landscaping
projects and larger complete garden re-designs.
After
moving house in summer 2008, we decided to rebrand the business and tie
in with
our existing garden
design service - thus Vialii Garden Services was
born.
We believe strongly in good quality, reliable service and strive
to keep all our clients
happy. We love all
aspects of gardening, from cutting grass, weeding and planting to
laying patios
and building pergolas to designing entire gardens from scratch.
We
are keen
organic gardeners and care about the environment and nature and, where
possible,
incorporate these aspects into our work, whether it’s using
local materials,
plants which attract wildlife or encouraging pesticide-free practises.
The name 'Vialii' is taken from a favourite
flower of ours, the Primula Vialii (we pronounce it
vee-ya-lay). A
beautiful and unusual form of primrose, the two-toned columnar flowers
look
very like little red hot pokers. |

Business
owner Michael Burt's background is as a Structural Engineer but he
decided to take the leap into running his own gardening business in 2006. Already
a keen gardener, Michael decided to make his hobby a full time business
and launched Wee County Gardening. WCG quickly became an established
and trusted brand providing garden maintenance and landscaping services
throughout the central belt.
